- Books:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery to receive a full-value refund or replacement item less shipping. Items returned after 30 days of delivery will receive an equivalent value in Third Rail account credit less shipping. Beyond 45 days of delivery, customers will receive partial-value in Third Rail account credit less shipping. After 60 days, no account credit or replacement item will be provided. Returns must be in new, unopened condition to qualify for a refund or replacement. Customers may cancel their orders for a full refund (or equivalent value in account credit) at any time before their order has shipped from Third Rail Books. Shipping & handling is non-refundable thereafter. - Limited Edition Collectibles and Paint:
There are no refunds or returns on collectibles, Montana, Molotow, MTN, and Krink products. All paint and marker sales are final unless otherwise stated. - Damaged or Missing Orders:
We stand behind the quality of the product you receive. If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please email us immediately and include your order number and tracking information, along with any photos you can provide. After we review your information, you will be eligible to receive either a full refund, replacement, or store credit.
Many of our newest releases are pre-orders, which may take four to six weeks to ship. Check your order summary to find your estimated ship date and your order status. If you still have questions, contact us here.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance in the receiving country, which may push delivery times beyond our original estimates. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the receiving country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Third Rail Publications has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the physical size, weight, value, and destination of each shipment against the most competitive rates from UPS and FedEx. A handling fee is applied to each additional item contained within an order.
What are my shipping options?
All items are carefully packed, protected, and shipped by our professional in-house shipping team. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. In order to maintain accurate parcel tracking, orders shipping to Canada will be sent via FedEx International or UPS.

We accept payment from all major credit cards, PayPal and PayPal Credit. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or wire transfers.
